How can I choose the right saree for me?

Our website offers a variety of filters such as fabric type, style and price range to help you find the perfect saree to suit your preferences and needs. If you can't find what you're looking for using the filters, simply type the saree's name or style in the search bar for relevant results. Additionally, our customer service team is available to provide personalized recommendations. 

How do I care for my saree?

We have provided care instructions with each saree available online to ensure its longevity. Generally, we recommend dry cleaning for delicate and silk sarees and hand washing with mild detergent for others. Avoid machine washing and direct sunlight exposure to preserve the colors and fabric quality.

Will the products be exactly like the pictures?

Most of our sarees undergo a natural dyeing process, which can result in slight variations in color from batch to batch. The colors may appear slightly duller compared to the pictures due to the use of natural dyes. Additionally, please note that the pictures are taken in daylight or under specific shoot lighting conditions, which may affect the color slightly.

My saree bleeds a lot of color. Is that okay?

It's normal for sarees made with natural dyes to bleed some color. However, you can try home remedies such as adding salt to cold rinse water, which might help reduce color bleeding.

Does your saree come with a blouse?

Most of our sarees come with a running blouse piece. If a saree does not include a blouse, it will be mentioned in the product description.

What kinds of fabrics do you offer?

We offer sarees in a variety of fabrics including Mulmul Cotton, Chanderi Silk, Assam Silk, Art Silk, and Maheshwari Silk. We are continuously striving to expand our range with new fabric options.

Do you make ready-to-wear sarees?

While we believe in the charm of traditional saree draping, we also offer the option to customize sarees into ready-to-wear styles upon request. These sarees would be tailored to your measurements and will incur additional charges.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process orders promptly; however, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Standard shipping is complimentary across India. However, if you choose express delivery, a nominal fee of will be applied.

What is the general shipping time?

We strive to dispatch orders promptly within 5-7 business days from receipt, or as otherwise specified for specific items. Delivery times vary depending on the destination city, typically taking 5-6 business days. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in shipment. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various online payment methods, including credit/debit cards and Gpay etc. cash on delivery (COD) is not available. You can choose the preferred payment option during checkout.

My Payment failed. What should I do?

If your payment is unsuccessful, make another attempt at payment using an alternative payment method.

What is the reason my payment got deducted but no confirmation received?

Occasionally, payments may take up to 10-15 minutes to process. If you haven't received a confirmation after this period, it's likely that your payment failed. In the case of failed payments, the amount is automatically refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 days.
