Therefore, we offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of order delivery, but only for products affected by manufacturing defect(s). Please refer the product description page for specific details. You are entitled to request an exchange for your order once.

Condition of Item

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their original condition, including intact tags and packaging, we will promptly dispatch the replacement item(s) to you. The item eligible for exchange will be picked up from the shipping address provided during the purchase process.

Refund

Refunds are not available for any orders placed on our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you encounter any manufacturing defects with your order, we offer an exchange policy within 7 days of order delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before Shipping: If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Please contact us via email or phone to request order cancellation.
Cancellation by Tikli Weaves: We reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons, including unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, incorrect product listing or pricing on the website, and payment-related or fraudulent practices issues. In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by us, we shall refund the complete amount of the order to the customer's registered bank account with us.
